Our skilled surgeons bring broad-based experience in treating a wide variety of general surgical conditions including the evaluation and management of benign and malignant diseases of the breast and colon as well as gall bladder disease, hernia treatment and management of diseases of the gastrointestinal (digestive) tract.
Board-certified general surgeon Dr. Jasmine Malcolm and Dr. Ervind Bhogte offer comprehensive surgical consultation and treatment for the full spectrum of general surgical needs for adults and older children.
Fellowship trained in trauma surgery, Dr. Malcolm has a special interest in breast procedures, thyroid, hernias and abdominal surgery. She has more than five years experience in treating a wide variety of general surgical conditions including the evaluation and management of benign and malignant diseases of the breast and colon as well as gall bladder disease, hernia treatment and management of diseases of the gastrointestinal (digestive) tract.
Dr. Bhogte, fellowship trained in surgical critical care, has special interest in treating breast, thyroid and GI malignancies.
Patients at Calvert Surgical Care receive a comprehensive examination, consultation, educational review, diagnosis and treatment of surgical disorders. Drs. Malcolm and Bhogte are committed to providing the highest quality and most effective care to each of their patients. They work closely with referring physicians to determine the best surgical treatment for you. Each patient (and their families) is encouraged to participate in all decisions made regarding his or her care.
Calvert Surgical Care is located in Suite 210 of the Calvert Medical Office Building (next to Calvert Memorial Hospital) in Prince Frederick.
