Gym Memberships

As a member of KeepWell@Work, employees can sign-up for a World Gym Membership at a discounted rate. World Gym Memberships are processed through a bi-weekly payroll deduction on your paycheck.

All of the following components must be completed before an employee and/or their family member can be eligible for the discounted World Gym Membership:

• Annual Health Risk Assessment (HRA)
• Biometrics (Height, Weight, Blood Pressure & Body Composition)
• Payroll Deduction Form

After successful completion of all of the above components, ARC employees will be allowed to sign up for a 1-Year Unlimited World Gym Membership. World Gym Locations included in the Unlimited Membership are: Prince Frederick, Owings, Lusby, La Plata, Leonardtown, Lexington Park and California.

Cost:
All New Members (not a current member at the time of sign-up) are required to pay a one-time $20 enrollment fee. This enrollment fee is processed through your payroll deduction.

The price of the gym membership is $15.00 per month per person. This is processed as a $6.92 bi-weekly payroll deduction.

I have a 2-Year World Gym Membership. What happens to that?
If you have a 2-year membership from a previous sign-up period, we can convert your membership to a 1-year membership. There is no penalty for converting from a 2-year contract to a 1-year contract. By converting the membership to a 1-year contract, you are able to renew or cancel your membership each year by completing the HRA and biometrics.
