Weight Loss for Life Plus: a six-week program with emphasis on nutrition and fitness.

Weigh to Wellness: Wednesdays, 11:30 a.m.- noon and 4:30 -5 p.m. and Tuesdays, 4:30 -5 p.m., Fairview Library, $10/week or $20 month
Lean on Me: (For ages 9-15, six-week session blending fun nutrition talk with group exercise) Tuesdays & Thursdays, January 8 - February 14, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. $120
Eat to Win: Great for teams. Call to set up a presentation at the location of your choice. $5 per person, minimum of 10 participants.
W.O.W. Walking Club: Ongoing, Tuesdays, 4:30 -5 p.m. and Wednesdays, noon -1 p.m.
Nutritional Counseling: CMH, Meet one-on-one with a registered dietitian.
