Yoga for Everyone Class focuses on stretching, balance, stress release and deep relaxation to enhance wellness. Learn basic postures, conscious relaxation through meditation and breathing techniques that enable the student to reach an awareness of inner peace. Postures adapted for individual needs.
Gentle Therapeutic Yoga Class designed for the beginner student or those who prefer a slower-paced class.
Hatha Yoga I Class designed for the beginner to intermediate student.
Hatha Yoga II Designed for the intermediate to experienced student. Must have prior yoga experience.
Adaptive Chair Yoga Gentle yoga designed for those who are wheelchair bound or with limited mobility, have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, arthritis, MS or severe back pain.
Yoga for Pregnancy Gentle yoga poses enhance flexibility and stretching safely during pregnancy. Class focuses on relaxation through meditation and breathing techniques. Must be at least 13 weeks and must have physician consent.
Pilates for Everyone A method of exercise and movement designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Incorporate the body, breath and mind through exercises that tone, elongate and condition muscles while alleviating stress and tension. A gentle way to learn Pilates and the basic 25 exercises.
Pilates I Class designed for the beginner to intermediate student.
Pilates II Class designed for the intermediate to experienced student. Must have prior Pilates experience.

Stressed? Try Biofeedback! Learn to effectively manage your stress before it manages you. Some techniques learned are focused breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, autogenetic training and biofeedback techniques. Solomons, second Thursday of every other month, September 13 & November 8, 6:00 -7:30 p.m. Class is free but you must register to attend. Call 410-535-8233.
