Calvert Memorial Hospital Foundation was established in 1989 with the purpose of providing support to Calvert Memorial Hospital. Annually, members of our organization along with the community, corporations and foundations provide support through contributions to the annual appeal and through memorial and legacy gifts. Your contribution to the Foundation will allow Calvert Memorial to continue our mission to provide quality care to residents of Southern Maryland. Contributions of any size enable us to save lives. Giving for the Future Planned giving provides the donor a way to establish a specific long-term plan that will benefit both you and Calvert Memorial Hospital. Through planned giving, you may be able to receive income, avoid capital gains or receive a partial income tax deduction. Such gifts include bequests, trusts and assignment of insurance policies or life income agreements. We would be pleased to discuss with you the benefits of planned giving.
