Balance Within - this is a three- part program which encompasses the following components:
1. How Stressed Are You? - learn to identify what triggers your stress pattern and stress warning signs. Find out how to cope with stress and stress exhaustion symptoms.
2. Learning to Relax - practice relaxation exercises such as deep breathing, 30-second relaxation, imagery and progressive muscle relaxation.
3. Biofeedback - learn how to relax internally so you can recreate a sense of calm in your everyday life. Useful in treating chronic pain, high blood pressure, stress and anxiety.
Stress Less Retreat - participants learn their individual "stress signatures" and easy techniques for managing stress that can be practiced at work, home or just about anywhere. They will be able to select three options to experience firsthand including acupuncture, biofeedback, healing touch, meditation, Pilates, reflexology or yoga.
