EEG

An EEG is a neurological test used to analyze and map the electrical activity of the brain.

Some of the reasons why people may have to have this test are seizures, fainting, changes in memory or thinking, confusion, traumatic head injury, impairment, focus or attention deficits.

EEGs are done Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. in the Center for Neuroscience, Suite 101 in the Calvert Medical Arts Center.  For information on this test or to schedule an appointment, call the center at 410-414-4578.
