||Visits from family and friends can be an important part of your hospital stay. But, please remember, you are here to rest and get well. Too many visitors and lengthy visits can slow your recovery. Please ask your visitors to follow these guidelines:
- Keep visits short.
- Visitors should leave quietly and promptly at the end of visiting hours.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the hospital campus.
No latex balloons are permitted.
Waiting areas with nearby rest rooms and courtesy phones are located on levels two, three, four and five directly across from the elevators. There is also a waiting area adjacent to the Intensive Care Unit. On the first floor, waiting areas can be found in the front lobby and near the emergency department entrance. All waiting areas are equipped with wireless internet technology. To access our wireless network, the username is the word patient and the password is the current month.
Parking and Transportation
Parking for patients and visitors is located in front of the hospital and adjacent to the emergency entrance. Please observe the designated spaces for handicapped persons. If you require handicapped parking, please make sure that your handicapped tag or pass is clearly visible.
Free valet parking is available from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Medical Office Building entrance.
Patients and visitors may also take advantage of our courtesy shuttle. Volunteers circulate the surrounding parking lots in a covered, six-seat cart and provide those who need transport with a lift to their destination. The shuttle's hours are 8:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can also arrange for a pick up by calling 410-610-8100.
