Solomons Urgent Care Hours Expanded (March 4, 2016)
Calvert Memorial Hospital has announced it is expanding their Solomons Urgent Care Center’s hours beginning March 21, 2016. The new hours, Monday through Friday, will be from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Hours on the weekend will remain the same – noon to 10 p.m.
Calvert Memorial’s Urgent Care Centers are for minor Illnesses such as cuts, bumps and sprains, fever or flu-like symptoms (if younger than 1 year, go to the ER), cough, sore throat or earache and minor burns or rashes.
If your primary care office is closed or if no appointments are available, you can call one of Calvert Memorial’s three Urgent Care Centers in Dunkirk, Prince Frederick or Solomons. You can make same day appointments beginning at 10 a.m. and a limited number of walk-ins are available.
Weekday hours for the Prince Frederick Urgent Care and Solomons Urgent Care are now 2-10 p.m. and Dunkirk Urgent Care is open from 5-10 p.m. Weekend hours are the same for all three Urgent Care Centers, noon to 10 p.m.
