Ann Cassetta, MPT, Clinic Manager
Ann earned her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy in 1996 from the College of St. Catherine in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her list of continuing education is extensive and includes courses such as Recent Advances in the Evaluation and Treatment of the Shoulder and Knee, Evidence Based Concepts of the Foot and Ankle, Spine Movement, Mobilization and Motivation as well as a full complement of McKenzie courses. Ann is certified in lymphedema management and is skilled at creating moldings for foot orthotics.

Scott Berube, OTR/L
Scott grew up in Calvert County. He graduated from the University Of New England, Maine in December 2007. His career began as an out patient occupational therapist at Chesapeake Rehabilitation Hospital in Salisbury, MD.  After moving to Western Maryland he was employed by Tri State Hand and Occupational Therapy where he worked at various clinics in Cumberland, MD and Petersburg, WV.  Scott returned to Calvert County and he works for Calvert Memorial Hospital and Calvert Physical Therapy. Scott specializes in treatment of the hand and upper extremity. 

Jennifer Gephart, MSPT, Cert. MDT
Jennifer earned her master’s degree in physical therapy from Boston University in 1997.  The newest addition to our Solomons team, she joined Calvert Physical Therapy in September 2013. Jennifer brings broad-based experience having worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, nursing homes and outpatient clinics. She has worked exclusively in outpatient since 2002 and earned her certification in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy for the spine in 2004. Additionally, she has pursued continuing education in Aquatic Therapy, Biomechanical and Foot Evaluation, Orthotic Prescription and Management, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Manual Therapy, and Post-surgical Rehab.

Amy Raddatz, PTA
Amy graduated from the Physical Therapy Assistant Program at Northern Virginia’s Community College in 1991 and is a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.  Amy has practiced outpatient orthopedic therapy throughout her career. Amy has been with Calvert Physical Therapy since 1991. Her continuing education includes spinal mobilization, lymphedema, shoulder & knee mobilization, and aquatic exercise.
