Ms. Kinch, CRNP has been in Healthcare for over 20 years and brings to us her passion for family health and elder care as well as her understanding that an educated patient is a healthier patient. She joined Calvert Physical Medicine and Pain management after spending 10 years at the Charlotte Hall Veterans Home where she performed physical exams and assessments on residents of the long term care, assisted living and acute care/short term rehabilitation units.
While serving as the Nurse Practitioner for a private internal medicine practice in Waldorf, Ms. Kinch performed physical examinations and evaluations for workmen’s compensation and sports injuries.
While she may be new to the Physical Medicine and Pain Management practice, Ms. Kinch is not new to challenges that chronic illness and pain bring to the patients and to those who care for them. Her work with the Veterans Home included patients suffering the long term effects of war injuries, while her time spent in private practice in Waldorf exposed her to acute injuries as part of her work with sports and workplace injuries. She is very excited about applying her prior work knowledge and level of patient care to this new arena.
